Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled from our local UK warehouse located in Manchester. Order changes may not be possible due to the fast nature of the warehouse. We'll try our best, but the reality is that, in many cases, the product has already been dispatched. 

  • Expedited: 1-3 Days Tracked
    Expedited delivery orders before 12 pm are despatched next business day
  • Standard: 2-3 Days 
    Standard delivery orders before 12 pm are despatched the next business day

    • Estimates are in business days, and shipping times may vary. These are subject to stock availability and exclude clearance/customs delays.
    • Dr. Pen dispatches orders daily, Monday to Friday.
    • Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with our customer support team.

    Shipping Pre-Order Item

    If your order contains multiple products and one of them is a preorder item, the entire order will be held until the preorder item becomes available.

    This means that all items in your order will be shipped together in a single delivery once the preorder product is ready for dispatch. If you would like the available items to ship sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and preorder items or get in touch with us.

    Overseas Purchases

    For overseas purchases, customers are expected to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which they will be receiving the goods. Before making a purchase, customers must ensure that the item can be lawfully imported, which may be subject to import duties and taxes.

    We have no control over any additional customs charges or documents required and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, please check with your local customs office on the import terms for your country.

    Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to these countries:

    • Jordan
    • Mexico
    • Costa Rica
    • Morocco

    Delivery Within Ireland

    • Delivery to Ireland is subject to additional customs and duties fees. Any additional import or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
